The save starts off right in the beginning of the game. I raced one race, and did one pursuit in order to max the bounties.

(Warning! This will auto-pop all bounty level related trophies as soon as you load the game up).

The bounty is what your working towards in this game. So that’s why I maxed the bounty for racer and cop. The game should play as normal.
