This is my save for Potion Permit you can unlock a lot of trophies with this save. In the quest log there is a quest called A New Frame, its a glitched quest and you can ignore it.
Just make sure to resign the save with the settings file as well.
The trophies you can unlock are:
Great Doctor and Great Samaritan: There is someone in your clinic, if you heal them you should pop both trophies
Being Forgetful: Adversely if you sleep for 4 days, the patient will get worse and you'll pop the trophy
Acrobatic Adventure: Roll one more time with X
The First Step, Rookie Chemist, Intermediate Chemist and
Expert Chemist: Brew one more potion.
Amateur Chef, Line Cook, Sous Chef: Cook one more meal
Friendly: There are a few NPCs that haven't gone past lv1 yet, just finish their sub quest.
Sociable: Same as friendly, try and finish the sub quests on the quest board, doted around the town, I found the one near the police station easiest to find.
Heart of Gold: same as Friendly and Sociable, if there aren't any sub quests some NPCs you can friend up with Moon Cloves and talk to them
Spark of Love: There's an NPC named Rue, you'll get a quest on the quest board called Moon Brooches, if you fulfill it and give it to Rue, after the CS. Find Rue and talk to her an option will be to take her on a date, it'll pop the trophy.
Decorative Mind: Go to the Carpenter shop Bulk and Build, between 8:00 and 15:00 in game time, buy a furniture and should pop the trophy
The Capitalist: Sell a potion at the mailbox near your house, if you sleep it should sell and pop the trophy
Lumber Specialist and Tree Exterminator: Just chop a tree down and grab the wood should pop both trophies
Stone Specialist and Rock Exterminator: Just smash a rock and grab the minerals and should pop both trophies
Community Helper and Advisor: In the center of town is the City Hall inside and to the left is the community board, just grab a quest and fulfil it for both trophies.
Plantation Exterminator: Harvest one plant should pop the trophy
Animal Exterminator: Kill one monster in the wild and should pop the trophy
Ablutomanic: In the North-East side of the town is the Willow Waters Bathhouse, just take a bath and you'll pop the trophy
Animal Lover: Call your doggo over by pressing R2 and tap X next to him and the first option is to pet your dog. Will pop the trophy
Catch of the day: Fish up a fish and it'll pop the trophy
Moonbury Traveller: If you tap the touch pad look for red flags click on one and fast travel should pop the trophy
Production Sorter: In the Police Department is a sign interact with it and fulfill the quest to pop a trophy.
Grape Supplier: In the Church is a sign interact with and fulfill the quest to pop the trophy
Mail Carrier: In the City Hall is a sign interact with and fulfill the quest to pop the trophy.

Welcome to Moonbury: start up a new character in slot 2
Being a Donut: Just keep sleeping in bed even if you get a siren call, if you get a cutscene just hold O to skip it and keep sleeping till it pops.
K.O: I recommend going to the southern desert area, the monsters are bit stronger and let them K.O you.
Dog Whisperer: I'm not sure this'll pop on my character so you might have to try and get lv1 with your doggo on a new character, by feeding it and petting it once a day.
Fishing Guru: Okay, so I fished up all the fish in the lv1 fishing spot, near the Town Hall. However if you fish up the fish in the pond. Then cast your line and get your bobber in a empty spot there's a chance a chest will be your catch and pop the trophy.
Lastly Moonbury Navigator: Congrats you earned a platinum ^^
