US PS4 Quake Remastered Nightmare run save for main game and all expansions

Quick save slot: The Painless Maze trophy
This and the last save are the same. You start at about half way through the level. Grab the ring of shadows in the water jump back out of the water and ride the lift in the middle of the room and progress the level run to the back and hit the switch to progress level then grab the other ring of shadows under the stairs run up the stairs and around the monsters back and hit the pressure plate jump into the water and onto the lift that lowered to get into the portal run through the passage way into and out of the water shoot the altar to open the doors in the back and haul ass. with any luck you won't get hit
NOTE: I got the trophy even though I took some armor damage just no health damage
Save slot 1: Quake: Shub-Niggurath's Pit
Just step into the teleporter at the right moment to kill Shubs
Save slot 2: Dimension of the Past: The Year Zero
Just walk through he teleporter
Save slot 3: Dimension of the Machine: Chthon's Vengeance
Just walk through he teleporter
Save slot 4: Scourge or Armagon: Armagon's Lair
You just have to kill Armagon Kind of a tough fight but you have all the tools there is a cut scene when you kill him trophy pops during that
Save slot 5: Dissolution of Eternity: Source of Evil
Finish destroying the claw looking machine hanging from the ceiling
