Real quick, Save editing RDR2 files for PS4 requires a lot of tinkering, back and forth, and TIME!!! This is the FINAL RDR2 Save I work on, as playing on PC let's you do most of the changes in-game with the click of a button. Here be the RDR2 EVIL Legend of the East Starter Save.

Save starts at Chapter 2, Money Lending And Other Sins II 24.8% . If this your true first time playing or you want the full story experience, start a new game and complete Chapter 1 Chapter 2 Up UNTIL the mission listed.

One other note, this save is marked as an EVIL starter save. You'll have negative honor and bounties in every county (Just like real life!) The game gives you plenty of time and chances to change your Karma so don't be put off just because you start as a bad guy (I mean Arthur isn't a saint after all...)
Contains the following:

$MAX MONEY and 99 Gold Bars, LIVE LIFE LIKE A 3RD GENERATION GUARMA MANGO PLANTATION OWNER!!!
MAX Health, Stamina, Dead Eye, Dead Eye levels up last due to story reasons.
GOLD RINGS, You begin with All GOLD RINGS on your status'.
All Outfits unlocked and obtained,
All Hats and Special Outfits unlocked and obtained.
Even the normally non-savable hats and unique hats like Exotic Hat.
MAX HAIR & BEARD, Style how you want from the Get Go!!!
All Weapons, Items, Gear, Legendary Gear, Trinkets, Recipes, Potions, And Trapper Items Unlocked, Maxed and Obtained.
EXCLUSIVE: MAX Big Game cooked meats (ALL THREE VARIANTS)
EXCLUSIVE (NEW!!!!): Buell Mount unlocked, BUELL 4EVER!!!
EXCLUSIVE: 99 Special Health Cures (Good for gout, fevers, chills, and Affluenza)
