This is something we've been dealing with for quite a while & from what I've read it's due to a massive data breech earlier this year that dumped about 25 million accounts & passwords onto the dark web.

• Never use personal information such as your name, birthday, user name, or email address.
• Your password should be at least six characters long.
• Include both uppercase & lowercase letters, numbers & symbols if possible.
