I've seen several saves with 100% completion, but none with each individual level trophy. These are two saves: one to unlock the level 20 and 30 trophies, and another for level 40. In the level 40 save, you can play the first mission of the game to unlock the level 30 trophy in case you only want to resign a single save.
I still owe you the medals one. It requires a lot of grinding, and I preferred that they all pop at once even though it might look suspicious. My apologies.
