resigned saves all come back corrupted

as the title says every save i try comes back corrupted on my ps4 when i resign it using save wizard. i have tried saves from this site as well as others and even from friends. i can transfer most to the ps4 but as soon as i run the game then come up as corrupted. my saves on the other hand work just fine i can add cheats from save wizard and transfer to my ps4 just fine.i have tried just about every tutorial i have found on resigning ps4 game saves but with no luck. the only thing i can think of is that im on 6.72 does the firmware of the game save effect the save? say if the save comes from someone who is on 7.02 then that wont work on my system that is on 6.72?

any thoughts?
