Using this tutorial you will save quite a bit of hard drive space simply by removing unneeded/unwanted language files. This will not affect gameplay, only languages. Also remember to backup any files you plan on deleting just in case.
If you go into any game directory under "dev_hdd0/game", most games somewhere under USRDIR will have additional language files. Now it's not always possible to delete them, sometimes the game won't run without them or you can't access them as they are located elswhere.
I can confirm this works on most COD games though. Now for the purposes of this tutorial I'll be using Call Of Duty: Black Ops.
1. Go into your Black Ops region directory (Mine is BLUS30951)
2. Go inside the USRDIR folder.
3. You should see a folder named "french", you can delete that.
4. DLC's for this game will be under folders named "dlc1, dlc2, etc.".
5. Inside of those you will find another french folder, this can be deleted from all of the dlc folders.
That's it. Now remember to back them up just incase it doesn't work or you'll have to delete your game data & re-install the update.
