First, you need to pick an item you don't want e.g. Tankard (319E3) and put it in an empty barrel or sack nearby.
To be sure, you must save the game while facing the barrel while the option to search playstation-controller-square-button-icon-png-733961695033215bsgakltitl-removebg-preview.png it is active.
Then, apply the quick code to swap the original item (Tankard) for the item you actually want.

Then, look for the code in Advanced Mode and change the value 01 to anything you want. Example: 150,000 Gold = F04902.

Alternatively, you can search for the original item ID (Tankard) on Advanced Mode and manually edit to the item you want. That way, you do not need to reverse the code. You can check all items ID here:
