Noticed there wasn't a save for this gold so here you go.
Load save and kill SWAT team and get out the ass and this should pop More Popular Than John Lennon
If you do the final fight you should also be able to get:

• For the Hoader (dont sell anything in final shop)
• No Child Left Behind (dont let your ally fall in final fight)
• Face Hoff
• Two Girls, One Stick (change outfit before final fight)
• And of course Stick Saviour

Other trophies are probably possible too...
