The only save I have to offer with the more time consuming trophies
Decked Out: Build the last house, "Jackie's On-Call Room"
Master Chef: Cook the last meal [Crab and Flour]
Bow-Tastic: Buy the last upgrade from Albert (needs a few more xp potions, trigger the event by interacting with the tabletop game in Buck's Lair of Wonders to get them.
Let It Go: Take Stella to Everdoor
You can also get Stoked and Spiritfared, but you need to complete all of Jackie's quests and make him static before taking them to the Everdoor (should take less than a hour)
Continuing from this save they became static and unlocked the stocked trophy after completing all 3 upgrade to their home, and while you don't have all the required items for the upgrades to just buy them out right you do have enough resources to make whatever is missing. You also have the CHILAQUILES their favorite food to feed them and you can hug them if they allow it. After getting all 3 upgrades to their house, leave the boat in any island and get back, by then Jackie should be ready to go to the Everdoor after taking them you unlock Spiritfarer.
