A platinum save for SPYxANYA: Operation Memories
For the character trophies you need to speak to each character once more to unlock their trophy.
For the outing trophies you need to go back to each outing area and take one more three star photo and overwrite the new photo with the old one for the trophy to pop.
The trophy for completing the game is very random, It popped for me at the dog park on the PS5 version.
Once you have unlocked the platinum on the PS4 version you can transfer this save over to the PS5 and just do the same steps as before.
