Save Wizard will not resign or re-region modified saves. You can use the Save Bots in GAMER’S PARADISE or PS SAVE BOTS to resign & re-region saves. I release all my mods and updates through GAMER’S PARADISE first. You can find more of my saves here.

Yeah it probably just needs to be re regioned from US to EU again. Sometimes it doesn’t re regioned properly for whatever reason. I’ll fix it when I get the chance.
