Switch 2 Switch 2 Announcement

Well, the Switch 2 is here. What do people think? I think the console itself looks pretty cool, though the joy-con mouse function seems like a gimmick that will wear out fast. Some of the games looked pretty decent too. The Donkey Kong game in particular looked neat and the Mario Kart World is also looking good.

However, $90 for a physical copy of a Switch 2 game? Ugh. Makes me really worried about what PS6 games are going to cost.

I am less worried, Any PS4/Xbox exclusives make their way to PC, Nintendo emulators thrive despite Nintendo's warpath. Even then the PS5 was less expensive than the ps3 at launch if we account for inflation.

The Price for a Physical Game is crazy..

I mean, it never made sense that physical games were the same price as digital. Having said that, both Sony and Microsoft have pushed for digital and this kind of pricing just feels like the death knell for physical games.
