Here is a save that I got from AKISA https://playersquared.com/threads/tales-of-graces-f-ps4-cusa46341-gentleman-save.16639/Thank you for the save.
I re-region it to US and I changed the mixer to 9990 as his was already maxed out and I could not get the trophy to pop. You can also get All Title trophies by just going into titles in the menu. Any boss trophies you're needing just fight said boss again and trophy will still pop.
One downside though you have to have the deluxe upgrade to use the save.
