Just out of curiousity, how far away is this save from the ultimate final BoI trophy "Dead God"?

Right now i work myself through this game and I also created a LOT of individual saves that no one so far ever shared anywhere ( Such as unlock the Lost, killing Satan and Isaac with Lost, a separate save for challenge, trophies for dlc characters such as The Keeper and Lilith and many more ) This game is complex and a shitton of work, so tbh i am a bit unsure if i share these saves for free as i usually do.
Fantastic game though.
