This is a full Platinum save for the game THE COUNCIL.
Unfortunately the game's save system is rather poor: you can only have 1 save, you can't save when you're in a confrontation or have to make a choice, you can't save at the points attribution screen and sometimes your save puts you back several minutues prior to where you actually saved.
I have included notes in each save file to help you navigate the different confrontations and events.
