Note: All saves were saved as close as possible to each objective. But I recommend that you play the game at least once to get the trophies from the campaign bosses.

talk to the blacksmith next to you and upgrade a weapon until the trophy pops
Mercy & Whisked Away
Talk to the NPC in front of you and choose the first dialogue option as your answer to get a trophy, then you will need to load the save and choose the second dialogue option for another trophy.
Ode to a Blacksmith
Just kill the boss to drop the last piece of armor.
Redemption
Talk to the NPC in front of you and accept his help and enter the door, kill all the enemies until the final scene and the trophy pops.

Go ahead and kill the boss, then follow the path behind the throne. As soon as you see the bonfire, there will be a ladder going down next to it. Follow it until you reach the well. Talk to the innocent man next to the well, then talk to the man in black next to him. Choose the first option for the answer. After the scene, interact with the well and confront the boss. After killing the boss, talk to the innocent man again to get the last trophy. Then go back and sit on the throne for the speed run trophy.
The Guardian
Interact with the statue in front of you and kill the boss.
The Pipe Layer, The Great One, Resurrection, Speed Run, Roguelike, Ready Fight!, The Block Butt
You will be facing the last boss, kill him to get the trophy "The pipe layer" after killing him interact with the throne and choose "YES" to get the trophies "The great one & Speed run".
Load the save again and kill the boss once more, this time, you will follow the path behind the throne until you reach the bonfire, on the right side of it, there will be a ladder going down that will lead to the well, just interact with the well and choose "YES" for another trophy "Resurrection".
After the credits, start a NG+ and continue to get the following trophies "Roguelike, Ready? Fight! & The block button" you only need to do one action of each trophy, for example, performed 20 backstabs, 20 reposts and 20 rebuffs.

Talk to the NPC in front of you and "undurden" all the items until the trophy pops.
