this is a new game plus save which i also modded to unlock all weapons and all the astrolabe unlocked (increased level cap, art level cap and unlimited use of gear). some new game plus skills might be missing you have to get star stamps from the extra 4th season of the 4 main areas

also it seems you can port pc saves and the psp saves (need to use psp save decrypter first. there saves on gamefaq)

note
If you play game on new game plus you won't get gear explanation ingame so if there obstacles one of them might help. holding X lets you use green grapple points, holding circle lets you break stuff, holding triangle lets you go up and across some ladders and holding R1 lets you walk across lava.
Also if you come across snow levels you can still double jump but need to spam jump.

Thanks,but sadly since all the in game trophy has been unlocked, you can't get difficult related trophies, anyway to un mod them?

I added a link to a spreadsheet with codes you could start a new game use codes to make game easier. The achievement section was found in save there a code to add all achievement so could make a code to undo achievement as well.
In save achievement should start at the address 0573C
