Save without cheats at the very start of the mission The Red Tape of Command, before you enter the SMC building. You can obtain every missable trophy from there by following a decent guide. Base game trophies may pop out of order.
I'm also uploading my legit endgame save right before Tartarus, from my base game thread. Extra weapons and armors inside the lockers. Bring Ellie and Parvati along and you won't regret it. Additionally, you can obtain the trophy Good Listener by doing the checkpoint reloading exploit. You can use it to start Murder on Eridanos as well by speaking to AVA. Enjoy it.

Update: added 2 extra saves. First one is right before you convince Minnie in Ambrose Mansion. You can obtain both Family Reunion and NDA Protocol from there. Second one is for the trophy Special P.E.T. Benefits. Simply open the secret room by entering the following answers at the terminal: Sissak - skull - tricking - bolt of lightning, and then take the weapon from the desk.
