I have a plat save here and with it you can get the most ridiculous trophy easily, just set the internal clock to a Tuesday and load the game to get 'Commitment'! Then simply press 'X' a few times to get 'You Can't Jump' and finally just advance the game until you come across a door that states "New Content" and follow it through until you reach the machine with a lever (follow a guide as its more in-depth) and you'll receive 'Test Trophy Please Ignore'.
All other trophies you need to get yourself but they're super easy with a guide.
