Hi! Here's US region save for the Beware! trophy for Twisted Metal Black.

Game is not really hard (specially with cheats), but it can get repetitive. This trophy should get the longest grind out of the way for you. Earn all other trophies before this one if you want it to look legit. Should take a playthrough or two at most.

INSTRUCTIONS: Load game and continue to defeat the final boss. You have cheats activated so just finish the helicopter off with the machine gun to win the trophy.

Worked great, thanks. Just letting those with the EU version know, that I don't think this game can be re-regioned, even when using a save wizard discord bot. Like other PS1/PS2 games, these have different types of files, so re-regioning them won't do anything.
