This is a very time consuming game, these saves required the dlcs, as I have the JUMBO version of the game and some stars are from dlc hospitals. I used the money cheat and still took me over 100h to get it done but that is maybe because I am slow and get distracted easily, they might help someone.
If you care about looking legit you should know that just loading any of this saves will give you the following trophies simply by entering pretty much any hospital either automatically or by doing one more thing, so this best to use if you have already played a fair amount of the game and you are finding these few trophies annoying to get or just time consuming to the point the game is not fun anymore.
JUMBO (50,000,000 Organization Value) - Just enter any hospital
Two Point Bounty (Earn 10,000 Kudosh) - Collect a Career Reward
Give a Man a Hospital... & Teach a Man to Hospital... (Cure 1000 Patients) - Cure 1 more patients
Well-Informed (Complete 50 Research Projects) - Finish 1 more research project
Bells & Whistles (Conduct 25 Machine Upgrades) - Upgrade 1 more machine
I. See. You. (Capture 100 Ghosts ) - Capture 1 more ghosts
Always Be Curing (Run 50 Marketing Campaigns) - Run 1 Marketing Campaigns
Serial Collaborator (Complete 50 Research Nodes) - Complete 1 Research node
The moment you win a star all previous star trophies will unlock if you don't already have them.
The New Gold Standard (54 stars) - Life, the Universe and Everything (42 waves)
Go to Topless Mountain, you are the start of wave 42 you need to succeed it to win, cure 105 patients once the wave finish successfully both trophies pop.
Double Digits (LEVEL 10) Just load in SMOGLEY
I'd Like To Thank My Mother (Win all awards) also in SMOGLEY go to the overview screen and check the won awards.
Double Double (LEVEL 20) Just load in MELTDOWN
REMIX - WORLD 1
Go to Lower Bullocks (R1) to get into Remix, wait a bit for one more psychiatry patient to be healed.
REMIX - WORLD 2
Go to Milton University (R1) to enter Remix version, wait a bit once training finishes it pops.
Rose Amongst The Pigeons - Expose 50 Alien Infiltrators
Enter Goldpan - Just keep kicking all patients until it pops, it took me like 5 min in max speed
The (second) New Gold Standard - (63 stars)
Go to Rotting Hill, wait for a bit, 5 more patients need to be cured
The (Third) New Gold Standard (72 stars)
Enter Rotting Hill, wait at max speed until morale is 95% and you get the star
You can probably use these saves to pop other trophies, but I am done with this game right now and not in the mood to test it or go for the last set of stars, sorry.
