(US) [CUSA16081] Two Point Hospital Modded Starter Save (PaPa Drops Mod)
The save starts off in the beginning of the game after some prologue. If you’re worried about trophies, start a new save and play the first couple of minutes until you get the “Give A Man A Hospital…” trophy. Then you can load this save up.
