You need to complete the multiplayer introduction, medic, and sidekick trophies before using this save. The medic trophy is credited for your sidekick reviving you or your allies. You get no credit towards the trophy if you yourself revive fallen allies.

Man I'm sorry the file is gone. I was using media fire and I was thinking once I posted the file it would be ok to delete. I am just realizing that I have to keep them. At least I only have a few uploads and not dozens of dead end save files. You can get all multiplayer trophies in the trials except for 3 multiplayer matches, obviously. Sorry again man future reference....
