So I used the advanced mode on Save Wizard for a game and managed to change some stuff in game rather easily because it was rather simple to read, but then I tried it out on some other games but I just have no idea what any of it means, it's all rather confusing and nothing like the first game I tried it on (I must have gotten lucky first time around with a simple game)

does anyone know of any websites/programmes that can read this hex code that makes it simple to understand by translating it somehow?
