Defeating the "Final Inferno" without dying will unlock the following trophy:

The nightmare ends
Finish the story on Psychotic

All collectables have been found on this save. Completing any stage (or dying on Psychotic) should automatically unlock the following two trophies:

Obsessive collector
Collect all the skittles
Moment of sanity
See all the 'Moment of sanity' sequences

Again, if you manage to beat the mines, please upload your save.
