Many players across the internet have been reporting issues with DLC trophies not unlocking properly, and so far, there's no official fix. So I’m sharing what I’ve discovered that actually works.
As of 2025, most of the affected trophies now require you to unlock their corresponding Journey first — either by leveling up or discovering specific locations. For example, for the trophy “The Silver Key” (Obtain ????), you’ll need to find a Leyshrine (like the one shown in the video) to reveal the relevant Journey. From there, follow the steps until you reach the one related to obtaining ???? (usually the fourth step).
Keep in mind: the third step involves entering the Maelstrom, so it's recommended to unlock the “Beyond the Wall of Sleep” trophy first. After that, you can safely use admin commands to spawn ???? and unlock the related trophy without any issues.
Important: If you try to get the trophy before unlocking the Journey, the trophy will be permanently blocked for that character. The only way to fix it is by starting a new character.
