Resign save.
Open Ps4 version.
Save game to cloud.
Open Ps5 version.
Download Savegame from cloud.
Insta platinum open the [Secrets] tab in [Stats] and all trophies will pop

It's a bit a mess this game is unclear on what version you need or wich dlc you need to purchase lol, btw im sure it works cause i used a platinum save vers EU on Isaac and yes it works, your shoudl works too.
