This save will help you get the collector trophy if you didn’t get it from other saves or just don’t want to grind for it 
.
All you need to do is Re-Sign the save through Save Wizard and start the game. You’ll be close to a village where the last blueprint is so you just go the waypoint ( you could go sneaking or running whichever you like ) and take the blueprint, you will not get the achievement immediately so you’ll need to run out of the village until you see the checkpoint loading in the upper-right corner of the screen and as soon as you get the loading notification you’ll get the trophy. Enjoy !
