USA Call of Duty Modern Warfare - Veteran Save?

Hi, I downloaded the veteran save from the Tech Game but do not think the newest patch could read the user profile?

Does anyone have the USA save of the veteran difficulty that works for the newest patch (Warzone and stuff)?
