Hi guys, here are my game saves, which gives you access to many trophies. Need testing, but i am pretty sure it should work.
These are the longest trophies in the game, but you will have to play the first few chapters.

for trophies without explanations, Continue the main objective then check HERE to achieve the objectives.

It's a data save. Resign to your profile and you will be able to take on the last climax battle for Just Beat It trophy
I advise you to do it at the very end

SAVE 1
Walking On Sunshine ( silver ) Complete the Cabaret Club Czar storyline.
* Load the save, go To the Grand and finish the fight.

SAVE 2
We Built This City ( silver ) Complete the Real Estate Royale storyline.
* Talk to the lady(boy) near the taxi in tenkaishi street and do the quest.

SAVE 3
The Promised Land ( bronze ) Get 100% share in any area.
The Glamorous Life (bronze) Purchase the most expensive property.
* Buy the last property "disco city boy" which costs 1,228,800,000 yen. It is located in the northernmost area.
* improve the area close to 100% with miracle johnson in Real estate ( pleasure king area > quartier latin )

SAVE 4
It Takes Two ( bronze ) Defeat 3 foes using co-op moves with Oda or Tachibana.

SAVE 5
The Big Reveal (bronze) Complete Chapter 10.
Generosity of Strangers (bronze) After you become undisputed king of an area, get someone to light a cigarette for you on the street.

They Won't Mind (bronze) Steal Nikkyo Consortium funds from their safe.

Big Hair in the Crosshairs (bronze) Defeat the yakuza with an afro on the highway.

Lucky Star (bronze) Get a top-grade item from a Dream Machine.
* Just load the save and try to get a top grade item from the dream machines nearby. Only the 1,000,000 yen machines will have a chance of giving you a top quality (10 star) item.
So load again and retry few times.

Painful Reunion ( bronze ) Complete Chapter 14.

SAVE 10
Hitting the Bottle (bronze) Suffer the full force of Reina's attack.

* Go to Liuhu Restaurant to search for equipment, there's a small chance of receiving a "Crazy unbelievable success".
if you don't have enough money, beat Mr Shakedown in the street to have few millions.

Awakened and Unleashed (silver) Complete the Final Chapter.
Training in Style (bronze) Complete one training mission with each master.
Prizefighter (bronze) Defeat 30 or more opponents in Endless Rout.
* Switch to Goro Majima and take the boat in Sotenbori to access to the fighting arena. the Endless route is already unlock. Just defeat 30 opponents.
* Switch To kiryu and talk to Areshi Master ( dancer ). Learn one move for the trophy.

SAVE 15
Cat Scratch Fever (bronze) Win ten bets on three-round tournaments at JCC.
* you need to win one more tournament to get the trophy.

SAVE 16
Stuff of Legend (Gold) Complete the main story on Legend difficulty.

SAVE 20
You're Still Number One (bronze) Max out the level of a platinum hostess.
* With Goro Majima you can max out HIBIKI after 1 mini game.

The following trophies should pop :

High roller
Make it rain
Worked hard for the money
A wise investment
Master of style
What a player
Half the battle
The dragon of pocket circuit

With Kiryu go the Batting Club and go for the last standing point that will cost 5,000,000 Yen and beat it 5 times and you will get Perfectionist Trophy.
With Goro Majima search for an equipment and you will get Eye of the Dragon and Tiger trophy.

SAVE 29
Amon Defeated( silver ) Defeat So and Jo Amon.
Story of My Life (bronze) Complete all substories.
* Just defeat Amon and the trophies is yours.[/HIDETHANKS]

Thank you for the list of save files, it's very much appreciated. However I can't get Save 20 to work in save wizard to unlock "Perfectionist" Trophy. Whenever I Re-sign it to my profile it won't load as a proper save, where it's not listed. Any idea on how to get that to work?

It was two years ago when I used these saves so my mind is a little fuzzy. Looking back at the comments section I made the same comment. I did find a comment from Wolsey that I think might work as I finally managed to get that trophy.

try to delete all the saves and put them inside a folder what is called 000000000000 and resign from there

User kingcash2 confirmed that fix worked at the time. Although the save may not appear in the cheats menu.

The Yakuza saves can be a bit finicky. Are you re-regioning or resigning? If re-regioning, then I believe starting at save 20 you can't (and some before 20 you can't). If resigning then do as Armitage suggests. For a longer description, look on the Troubleshooting FAQ on NGU, specifically the Text Tutorial on resigning, for a description of how to resign directly from your USB drive (in a fake account folder). I've been meaning to move that thread here to Player Squared but have been a bit swamped. For now it's still stickied in the PS4 Saves section on NGU.
