Same, I'm waiting for the asia save too since I only have SW online so cant re-region it myself lol dont really need but its been years and Bethesda dont even bother to fix asia region server so we got no access to mods, the save would really help alot.

I'm having the exact same issue and am stuck now in this quest...I picked up the artillery schematics and followed through the quest all the way until you have to build the artillery cannon...which I can't do, it doesn't show up in the workbench menue (the "special" tabs under which it should be listed is just missing).

Did you find a solution for this? Or anyone else? Thanks!
