There is only one torments left to finish just complete it and the trophy is yours.
also with this save you can unlock (Who Wants to Live Forever) trophy by dying one more time.

NOTE: all the other trophies are already unlocked so i am not sure what will auto pop.

this was the only save that worked for me. tried everything on my own save legit, tried the save of others but this trophy refused to pop. This one finally worked!
