There is 2 saves one is at 83% that one has one of each collectible left so you can earn.
1. Illuminated
2. Blackout
3. Lickety Pronto
4. That's so fetch

The second save is 99% only 1 challenge left which is top of the class for earning 10 million points it's at 9,982,xxx. After completing the challenge unlock the last upgrade.
1. Top of the class
2. Perfectionist
3. Unleashed

The second save is not recognized by the save wizard to access advanced mode, as I need to change the region to EU. Any solution?

Yea you need it to resign the save to your account for the trophies to unlock.

I already had those unlocked. You might be able to replay the mission to get them. I have not played in years and do not even know if that is possible.
