save wizard stops working after ~20 minutes idle (at least on Mac), probably because the server sided thing.
try restarting it from time to time to avoid error messages (the "unknown error" message)
also, check if the file it's .zip on Mac or .rar on windows and if it isn't too big (more than 100MB I think)

Thank you but im still getting error when i try to change region from some saves. I'll keep trying on this one but im hopeless because my game is USA.
I really dont know why i cant resign
