Once again I bring you an obscure, forgotten game, abandoned even by Save Wizard and the gaming community: PHANTOM DOCTRINE
I modded it from scratch and I'll explain in the Tech Talk section for the Starter Set how to do it yourself as well. This game was kind of a nightmare to complete but figured out that I could mod at least some of the RNG out of it. As always, I recommend playing the game at least once, just having fun, especially with the starter save. Remember to make a backup of your saves and player profile before this

About Player Profile
Player Profile is the thing that tracks how many kills, agents killed, containers, secrets, if you completed the game, among other things you've got while playing. So if you use Profile 1st Run you'll likely pop the "trophies with numbers in it" by doing 1 more of the thing that it needs like killing 1 more enemies to pop 100 kills and so on. Using the KGB Profile would pop the 250 kills and so on.
My recommendation would be to only use the Player Profile from CIA and KGB when you're in Chapter 5/6/7 from their respective runs this way popping them "realistically". Test it out, be careful.
