Hi everyone, hope all is well.

I only discovered NGU maybe two years ago or so. I was able to make an account but the email confirmation is broken.

This hasn't, in general, been an issue but in the last few days, it seems some script has stopped working and I can no longer download anything because all the links are now hidden. It just says: You must verify your e-mail to view this content.

Do people who have verified accounts also have this issue now?

Also, I did my best to make a complete archive of all the PS3 trophy forums on NGU after it went down a few months ago but, although I managed to download literally everything, all the download links are hidden due to the script. I was going to share the archive on here but sadly, it was all for nought. :(

Anyway, if someone could help me with a couple of things, I would really appreciate it.

(If the zip/rar has a password, I can probably remove it. If it's on Media Fire then that probably won't work)

Hey Everyone, I have some great news!

As I said in my post above, I use NGU practically every day, so losing access to download links was a bit of a disaster.

The problem has always been that I can't get the verification email to send, no matter what I do.

Last week, all the links suddenly became hidden. I have never been able to download anything that required "Thanks", but normally got around this by finding someone who quoted the OP: then the links were all viewable. But normal links worked fine.

Anyway, I decided to have another go at getting the links to show just now. I created a new account using a Google Account, not by registering via email. It worked! I instantly received the verification email and now I seem to be a fully verified member. I can view all the links again and can even press the "Thanks" button!

The site got heavily updated this week, after 3 years neglected. Seems like the client side that was broken is finally working again.
