Here are some annoying, missable or time consuming trophies, this save set assumes you have done the tutorial and finished one campaign or at least got close to doing so, early game stuff that you should already have will pop up with these. If you care about looking legit don't use this save set until playing a campaign long enough to unlocking all minion types at least.
Max and Ivan trophies took me around 2-3 hours of gameplay each to reach their trophies as fast as I could, there is no need to finish their campaigns, the easy campaign with Zalika where I got all the loot and defeated all agents took 26 hours and the hard campaign with Emma took me 24hours to complete, if you want and idea of timing you can also see the play time of each save in game.
These are the trophies you can definitely get with these saves, I number them on the download to the best order to get them, again you should have already done the tutorial and unlock the 16 specialty minions if you care about looking legit.
01. The Man With the M.I.D.A.S. Touch
Select Max press square in the doomsday device and fire it on a region.
02. Specialized Workforce, A Sparkling Tableau, Perfectly Balanced, As All Things Should Be and I'll Take Care of This Myself
Just wait a minute or two and they should pop. These should be done after firing MIDAS.
With this save you can also lure Symmetry (black and white woman) from the world stage (she is down to the far right, click on her and choose lure) get your genius in the vault and kill her for I'll Take Care of This Myself, or let her get away without interrupting her for Perfectly Balanced, As All Things Should Be. It will take some time as she scouts the whole base (like 5-10min), and none one should get on her way, don't try to capture anyone, just load the save, lure her and let the game run until it pops, it takes a bit after the boat leaves for it to count it so wait.
Another thing you can get with this one is Title Match, you can lure the BLUE luchador dude from the world stage somewhere to the left and sent Jubei to fight him, Jubei has a teleport ability and extra damage ability so lure the luchador teleport Jubei directly to him an activate his ability, the trophy pops after he defeats him.
03. Old School
Load the autosave. Press circle to dismiss the pop up menu and let the game run, if should pop once a few enemies die.
04. Get The Gang Back Together
Load the save and wait for the brainwash to finish so you can finish the side mission and the trophy will pop after you collect the rewards during the little cutscene.
05. Cry H.A.V.O.C.
Select Ivan press square in the doomsday device and fire it on a region.
06.Connected
Select Zalika press square in the doomsday device and fire it on a region.
07. Science Above All
Just wait until the last research is completed. I lost my save for A Deadly Team, from this research save I was pretty close (or really about an hour away so maybe not that close), I had 4 out of the 5, so just complete the side missions for one more henchemen, I believe Fugu is the closest to being done. You can use this save to also execute one of your Henchman for Greater Evil if you don't already have it, do it after a deadly team or kill any one, reload and keep working on getting the fifth henchmen.
08. One Billion Dollars? and Shtirred
Just load the save and wait a little, you can use this save to get the different trap trophies as everything is researched and you have plenty of money to buy the things and set them up, capture a couple agents save and get constructing, unlocking, the true achivement guide for this game has great examples to how to set up the traps for each trophy if you are having trouble
09. Your Very Own Museum and Technical Marvels
Load the save and wait a little bit and both trophies will pop as this is the last of loot needed. Will also pop Greedy (Steal 1 loot) if you don't already have it.
10. Infamous. V.E.N.O.M.ous.
Select Emma press square in the doomsday device and fire it on a region.
11. I Was Always Better
Wait a bit for the research to complete
12. Old Friends?
Select Emma and press square on a pale imitation.
13. World Domination
Select Emma and press square in the doomsday device fire to the destroy ANVIL's base (Easter Anvil providence), all difficulty trophies will pop if you don't have them
14. Total Annihilation
Select Emma and press square in the doomsday device fire it in the last region is been a while I think this one only gets you up to normal difficulty trophy because this was my first play-through where was I just playing for fun and not the trophies.
15. Fulfilling Your Expectations
Leave this one for last, you need both the save and the profile... since the profile makes random things pop ideally you should have all other trophies done (trap trophies don't matter), especially early game ones (In testing on a new empty account, all the fire WEAPON for each villan just pop, along with very early game ones like the tutorial)
Load and wait a little for the agent to be killed, I included my profile save you need to resign this one as well for the trophy to pop, without the profile I think you will need to complete all Agent Steel side missions and kill him too, I didn't test that, but it is the only agent that I didn't kill on this save.
