Ah Monster Hunter Rise. Really fun game with a forgetable story and chars in comparison to World with a traditional grindy plat to boot. Not gonna lie this one was nerve-wracking to make. Thankfully I managed to reverse engineer some whacky stuff to make the Crowns easier to get. The order of the saves are the same order I unlocked them.
All the saves have a system and a character file but you just need to resign the character file unless the instructions say otherwise.

Save 01

Then go to Jewel lilie close to 10 in Lava Caverns. It's Kinda hidden underneath the orange arrow from 9 jewel lilie. And use it

 | Spiritwood Necklace Awarded for completing 50 quests in the Shrine Ruins. Made from Spiritwood branches. |
 | Runner's Sandals Awarded for talking to many of Kamura's citizens. Feels like walking on a carpet of cloud. |

 | Kamura Pinwheel Awarded for performing 1000 Wiredashes. Spins smoothly in the wind. |
 | Good Luck Charm Proof of having sent the Meowcenaries out on a quest 100 times. |

 | From Palicoes, with Love Awarded for raising various support-type Palicoes to their maximum levels. |
 | Fan of True Ascendancy Mark of a hunter who has bested Infernal Springs' most arduous challenges. |

 | Frozen Lampsquid Earring Awarded for completing 50 quests in the Frost Islands. A relic encased in primeval ice. |
 | Shabby Canyne Saddle Awarded for riding Canynes many times. Worn in odd places from use on countless voyages. |

Antique Bookmark and Sturdy Padlock

 | Sturdy Padlock Awarded for collecting many decorations and hanging scrolls. Remember to lock up! |
 | Copper Ecologist's Award Awarded for photographing many Hunting Helpers. Proof you've expanded your hunter horizons. |
 | Silver Ecologist's Award Awarded by one enthusiastic researcher for photographing many Rare Creatures. |
 | Gold Ecologist's Award Awarded for photographing many Endemic Lifeforms. Now you're a Guild-recognized researcher! |
 | Well-done Grillmeister Awarded for cooking a well- done steak 30 times. Good job, and well done! |
Save 10
 | Golden Spiribug Plate Awarded for gathering 1000 Golden and Gilded Spiribugs. Shines much like they do. |
 | Hunting Helpers Plate Awarded for gathering 500 Hunting Helpers. Features abeautiful depiction of them. |
Save 11
 | Deft-hand Rod Awarded for catching many fish. Feels familiar in your hands. One cast, one catch! |
Save 12 (Sunbreak exploit. Resign character data. IF needed, use another system data from my saves or your own. The one I sent was made with a discord bot but you don't really need it)
Important: Only use Save 12 after you've got all other trophies in the base game except these 3 below
 | Dreadnought Destroyer Plaque Awarded for hunting 1,000 large monsters. |
 | Mini Crown Plaque Awarded for registering many miniature crown- sized monsters. |
 | Gold Crown Plaque Awarded for registering many gold crown-sized monsters. |
The crown trophies pop in the quest result screen
P.S: With Save 12 you can complete many missions from the Sunbreak dlc without having it, but the moment you quit the game or the game crashes, you wont be able to play again without copying and pasting both save files. In the Switch version you can keep your progress but the PS4 has an additional level of security. You also can't get any trophies for Sunbreak with this exploit since the character doesn't have a page for plaque/plate for this dlc and the game most likely crashes if you try to unlock them.
