You can do that via the PS Plus trial version, you don't need to buy the full game. Save transfer to PS5 available. Beware of ilegit time stamps on PS4! All credits for this save goes to guts, thanks a ton buddy :)

Note: although CUSA43002 is stated as Japanese region, this is also confirmed working for US digital and EU physical versions.

Perfect! Thank you so much for the save to the both of you RAGING and guts! I got my last few trophies and platinum it thanks to this save. I believe this save works as easy as loading and moving around through menu. Once you exit the menu, the trophies will all pop up. Thanks again!
