This is my modded starter save that you can get all the trophies easily, as it contains Max Money, Max Blue Coin, Max Exp and Max Upgrade Points, but I recommend that you play the beginning of the game with your own progress to get the following trophy "First of Many".
Edit: The "Long Time on the Road" and "Gotta go Fast" trophies I modified them to only one action of each, so be aware that these trophies will not be in a legitimate order to pop.

All trophies pop up in the main menu of the game except 2 trophies but these are very easy to obtain and can be done at the beginning of the game in the first race, I recommend starting a new game from scratch.
Trophies:
Right Foot - On the bottom right corner is a throttle indicator. You can see a white line below it. The throttle needs to be inside that area when the countdown hits 0.
Nitro on a Curve? Better not - Activate nitro in a corner and crash.
