I thought this saveset was 100%, how do I go about unlocking the intel trophy in the DLC?

Delete ANY of your own saves and only resign the auto saves, this way you create your own profile and the saves work correctly.

i do that but when i try to click the load save and select one the save like closes out did you have that problem?

No, I don't really know what problem you're having to be honest. I can't remember if it prompts you to create a profile save before it loads an auto save or not though, it was a few weeks ago.
