I had some issues with other users' save files, so I tried using mine with the game's glitch and it worked!
Hopefully, this can be helpful for other users as well.

Once loaded the difficulty is set to EASY so start the fight with Atlas.
You have to stab him 4 times when he is charging up in his machine.
Before stabbing Atlas for the last (4th) time, change the difficulty to SURVIVOR.
2. Watch the cutscenes.

You should earn the following trophies:
- Defeated Atlas,
- Little Sister Savior,
- Seriously Good at This,
- Bras Ball,
- I Chose the Impossible,
- A Man Chooses

This is my first post so tell me if something doesn't work.

I believe the one that complained about "corrupt data" must have made the resign wrong.

I don't know. I tried myself with the FatherComstock's saves and always ended up with corrupted data.
Now that I know it works for some users and not for others, I'll try again and see what results I get.

I discovered that if I transfer my save from the pen drive to the PC, the save becomes corrupted, that is, as long as the file is on the pen drive everything works normally.
My game usa, but re-region, it worked perfectly.
