custom ships aint showing up for me, any ideas?

I had the same issue at first. The custom ship in question is on the second row, the last but one. It is just a small green dot so most likely you cannot see it. There is only one custom ship in the save (not many like in the video).

People also write that everything is OK.

You can use Discord bot and reassign the region to your own.

I'm including my US save and the savedata.dat file from the EU save in case anyone else wants to try" according to this sounds like instead of re-regioning the save you need to modify the US save like you did the EU save.
