I believe you can get all trophies, but be very careful a lot of trophies pops upon on loading screen the ones related to items and titles... As a platinum save doing one action can triger the trophies to pop, like playing one local match will triger all trophies related to it...

an amazing save I was able to get many grind trophies, But unfortunately "LATER SEEMS. TO BE OKEY" trophy is unobtainable with this save, cuz every character level maxed at 99 I couldn't trigger the trophy to pop. do you have an older save that might work

Converted to US. Can confirm that the 50 arcade runs works, and the last player items trophy popped at the main menu. Sadly the online counter was at 0. Dunno if it got messed up in the reregioning.
