PS4 Is save wizard better then a modded ps4?

Just curious 2 know if savewizad is better then a modded ps4. I saw a lot of complaint about licenses for sw. Can anyone tell me which one is better. Thanks!

If you have the capability to modify your PS4, a modified PS4 is certainly superior. However, since most users cannot do so, it seems they resort to using SaveWizard as the only viable option.
