Threw this together following a low level guide of the first game on the hardest difficulty and since it was such an annoying trophy I thought I'd share.
First give the Chapter save a shot because it might skip the fight and pop the trophy.
If not load the Prologue or Auto save and proceed through the door to the alter where the boss will confront you.
You want to get the big bad to chase you to the skull on the floor then either hide in shadows or pop an invisibility potion to keep him there.
Once he's stuck standing in the center run circles around to trigger traps until he dies taking occasional breaks away from him to chug a health potion if you get hit.
Keep your health in check and your invisibility up and you'll have the trophy in no time.
