Anybody got a assassins creed save where i can just destoy one convoy for whats your is mine and the assassins trophys?

57/70 Challenges completed
Hunted and Endurance Cheats unlocked
Hunt the hunted, I ENDURE and Killing machine not done on this save
Very few convoys are done (3-4 only)
200/300 Prisoners of War Done (Need only 100 for Freedom fighter trophy)
Few Supply camps done (maybe 6-7) you need to do the rest to unlock the Camper trophy
