All life-paths start off very early on in the game. I played through the prologue and the Pickup mission to collect some things to max. All life-paths have the same exact mods.

• Max Ammo (If you pick up ammo it will revert to in-game max)

• Max Attribute Points
• Max Perk Points
• Max Reflexes Perks
• Max Body Perks
• Max Technical Ability Perks
• Max Intelligence Perks
• Max Cool Perks
• & Much More!

(I did not mod the Street Cred because it locks you out of getting the trophy. If I have enough requests for max Street Cred, I will consider adding that as well).

It looks like you can. Load the PS4 version look under load game and there should be a cross progression button. Hit that then load up the PS5 version.
